Minister's Scholarship for Non-Kuwaitis

The Minister's Scholarship for Non-Kuwaitis is a fully funded programme for non-Kuwaiti students to study at Kuwaiti universities and institutes. It targets high-achieving international students for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral studies in Kuwait, providing comprehensive coverage of tuition, a monthly stipend, and access to degrees from Kuwaiti institutions.

Full tuition coverage for the duration of the program, a monthly stipend, university housing or housing allowance, annual travel tickets, health insurance, and eligibility for degrees from Kuwaiti institutions.

Open to non-Kuwaiti students who have completed secondary education and meet the required academic criteria for the chosen study level (bachelor's, master's, or doctoral studies) at Kuwaiti universities or institutes.
