Chase Leadership Development Program – Summer Analyst 2027

The Chase Leadership Development Program – Summer Analyst 2027 is a 9-week introductory program for students, offering exposure to Chase across multiple business units and roles such as Product, Project/Program Management, and Strategy & Strategic Initiatives. It targets individuals with strong analytical and collaborative skills who will work on real business cases and develop AI-enabled solutions to improve processes and customer outcomes.

Pursuing a BA, BS, or 5th year MA/MS with expected graduation December 2027 through June 2028; minimum GPA 3.2; coursework in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, or Emerging Technology in Business a plus.
