The ISC-CAST initiative aims to empower early- and mid-career researchers (EMCRs) worldwide by providing leadership training, scientific collaboration opportunities, and engagement in global science-policy processes. It includes activities such as science leadership training modules, exchanges, residencies at research institutions, and opportunities to participate in major global events to amplify EMCR perspectives in international science.
