CSIRO Industry PhD (iPhD) Program

The CSIRO Industry PhD (iPhD) Program is a co-funded, industry-focused four-year PhD program run in partnership between an industry partner, a university and CSIRO. It supports PhD projects that address real-world business challenges and develop skills for research translation and impact. Students are supervised by university, industry and CSIRO supervisors and gain industry experience alongside their doctoral research. The program is part of an Australian Government initiative to translate university research into commercial outcomes.

Prospective domestic PhD students who wish to undertake a four-year industry-linked PhD with university, industry and CSIRO support. Current iPhD scholarship opportunities are available for domestic students.
