World Economic Forum Early Careers Programme – Spring 2025 Cohort

The World Economic Forum Early Careers Programme – Spring 2025 Cohort offers early‑career graduates hands-on experience across defined functional areas at the Forum. Participants work in areas such as community and stakeholder management, project and policy management, data and analytics, and technology and digital initiatives, within thematic areas including manufacturing and supply chains, cybersecurity, energy and climate, and more. The programme provides hands-on experience and opportunities to contribute to impactful projects while developing a diverse set of skills for career advancement.

Salary compensation and medical allowance; opportunity to work with Forum professionals and develop skills across multiple functional areas.

Open to bachelor’s and master’s program graduates, with 1-2 years of previous professional experience.
