Building Climate Leadership Excellence for African Resilience (BCLEAR)

Building Climate Leadership Excellence for African Resilience (BCLEAR) is a training programme to develop climate leadership and capacity in water management and climate-smart agriculture. The programme will train 100 African professionals through three modules: Water-Energy-Food Nexus, Training of Trainers, and Crop Water Management. Sessions will be held in Egypt, Uganda and Rwanda, and four cohorts are planned between October 2026 and April 2027. Participants are expected to commit to training additional people after returning to their countries.
