Parsons Academy: New York Summer Intensive Studies

Parsons Academy: New York Summer Intensive Studies is a three-week, three-credit intensive summer program in art and design for high-school students preparing to apply for college. The program includes project-based coursework taught by Parsons faculty, art and design field trips, guest speakers from industry, and portfolio reviews by Parsons Admissions officers. Participants may reside on campus or commute and can take part in supervised extracurricular activities in evenings and on weekends. The program offers an on-campus housing option on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submit an application and pay a $50 non-refundable application fee; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and statuses are shared within 7–10 business days; approved applicants are invited to enroll in a course.
