Consultancy – Roster of Foresight Support Services Consultants

The UNICEF Foresight Consultancy roster is a pool of pre-qualified experts who can provide short- to medium-term technical support in foresight-related initiatives. It covers streams including Strategic Foresight, Facilitation and Participation, Quantitative Modelling, and Knowledge Management and Capacity Building, with remote work possible. Selected consultants may be engaged by UNICEF offices and partners to support horizon scanning, scenario planning, trend analysis, and related activities.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree or higher in relevant fields and 8–10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in foresight, futures thinking, scenario planning, or related areas.
