Law Progression Scholarship

The Law Progression Scholarship provides a tuition fee discount for eligible applicants to full-time LLM or MSc Law (London-based) programmes at Queen Mary University of London. It is available to Queen Mary and specified University of London alumni who hold or apply for a September 2026 entry. The award is applied as a reduction to tuition fees and cannot be combined with other Queen Mary or external scholarships. Certain programmes (including distance learning, part-time, MRes, PGCert/PGDip and specified dual/Paris/Singapore programmes) are ineligible.

Tuition fee discount applied to QMUL tuition fees: Queen Mary alumni - £4,000 (home) or £6,000 (international); University of London alumni - £2,000 (home) or £3,000 (international).

Applicants must have studied an LLB Law degree at Queen Mary or one of the listed University of London institutions and achieved an upper second-class honours (2:1) or first-class honours (1st). The scholarship applies to Queen Mary and specified University of London alumni applying for full-time postgraduate LLM or MSc Law London-based programmes.

Applicants should apply for the eligible full-time LLM or MSc programme; if they have already applied and hold an offer for September 2026 entry they must contact Queen Mary admissions to request the scholarship be applied to their application.
