The Dell STEM Aspire – Female Mentoring Program 2025 is a mentoring program that connects female students in STEM with mentors at Dell Technologies. It aims to encourage and empower female students to pursue rewarding careers in technology, offering opportunities to work with a mentor, frequent 1-to-1 meetings, networking, and preparation for graduate applications.
