The AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme 2026 (Rwanda) for young Africans

The AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme is a full-time, funded training track in software and data engineering in Rwanda. It offers specializations in Data Engineering, Python Backend + AI Development, Java Backend, QA, JavaScript Full Stack, and DevOps, with a multi-stage selection process including screening, testing, interviews, and onboarding. The program targets university students and recent graduates in technical fields who are based in or willing to relocate to Rwanda.

Specialized training in software and data engineering across multiple technology stacks; potential onboarding into AmaliTech after completion.

Must be a final-year university student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; must have at least 6 months of practical programming experience; must be based in Rwanda or willing to relocate; fluent in English.
