Palantir Meritocracy Fellowship 2026

The Palantir Meritocracy Fellowship is a five-week programme that combines intellectual development with practical software engineering work. Fellows explore complex ideas related to Western civilization and Palantir’s mission, then join Palantir’s software development or forward-deployed engineering teams to work on real-world software projects. The programme aims to identify talented individuals who demonstrate initiative and problem-solving ability, regardless of traditional academic pathways.

Exposure to software engineering work, collaboration with engineers and professionals, and participation in a five-week program that blends intellectual development with practical project work.

Open to individuals who demonstrate talent and initiative, with no reliance on conventional academic credentials.

Apply through Palantir's official fellowship page or the linked application portal.
