Lenovo Global Future Leaders Program — Strategy Specialist (SSG)

The Lenovo Global Future Leaders Program is a highly selective, graduate rotational development programme that prepares early-career talent for leadership roles within Lenovo. Participants undertake cross-functional rotations, strategic projects, and mentorship over an initial multi-year period to gain exposure to business, services, finance, operations and senior leaders. The Strategy Specialist role sits within Lenovo’s Services & Solutions Group (SSG) Strategy team and focuses on market and business analysis, strategy development, and execution support. The programme is aimed at exceptional recent graduates and early-career professionals ready to accelerate their careers in a global technology company.

Currently completing or recently completed a degree (Bachelors, Masters or PhD); 2–4 years relevant experience for the Strategy Specialist role; demonstrated leadership potential, strong analytical and communication skills, and flexibility to travel (approx. 10–20%).
