Wege Prize 2025

Wege Prize is an annual competition organized by Kendall College of Art and Design’s Wege Center for Sustainable Design with support from the Wege Foundation. Teams of five university students from around the world collaborate over nine months to develop circular-economy solutions that are innovative, viable, scalable, and human-centered. Teams compete for a total prize of $65,000 USD and receive development feedback from expert judges throughout the process.

Cash prize of $65,000 USD in total; opportunity for mentorship and feedback from expert judges throughout the competition.

Teams must have exactly five members, represent at least three different academic disciplines, and include members from at least two different higher education institutions. Individuals must be enrolled in a college, university, or equivalent institution for the duration of the competition.
