Empowerment Day

The Empowerment Day is a one-day event with interactive workshops and discussions aimed at supporting women in academic careers. It brings together early-career researchers to reflect on career choices, strengthen decision-making and communication skills, and foster professional exchange and networks. Participants take part in one of several practical workshops and engage in peer dialogue. The event is held in English and targets researchers from Baden-Württemberg.

Participation in interactive workshops, practical tools for career development, peer exchange and networking opportunities.

Only female students, doctoral candidates and postdocs from Baden-Württemberg universities and non-profit, non-university research institutions based in Baden-Württemberg may participate; all individuals who identify as women are invited.
