Prijs van de Academie voor wetenschappelijk onderzoek in de farmacie

The Prijs van de Academie voor wetenschappelijk onderzoek in de farmacie is an annual prize awarded for scientific research in pharmacy. It recognises an individual researcher or two collaborating researchers for a scientific treatise or a bundle of publications on a pharmacy research topic. The work may be in Dutch, French or English and may be a thesis or publications, provided it has not previously received an equivalent or higher prize.

Monetary prize of €2,500.

An individual researcher or two collaborating researchers may apply. Candidates must have obtained their doctorate by thesis less than five years (60 months) before the application deadline (the doctorate need not yet be obtained); documented periods of full-time maternity leave, parental leave or sick leave may be deducted. Candidates must not have applied in the previous 12 months for a prize from the Royal Academy of Medicine of Belgium, must not be a laureate of a category 1, 2 or 3 prize of the Academy, and must not be a member of a Royal Academy of Belgium.

Complete the provided application form and web form; include a one-page summary, a Web of Science search result listing the 50 most-cited publications, a PDF with up to 10 relevant publications (or a thesis), and, if applicable, official documents evidencing periods of full-time maternity, parental or sick leave.
