U.S.-Pacific Resilience and Adaptation Fellowship Program PhD Scholarship 2024

The U.S.-Pacific Resilience and Adaptation Fellowship Program PhD Scholarship 2024 offers fully funded three-year PhD scholarships hosted at the University of the South Pacific. It supports citizens from USP member countries to pursue doctoral research in collaboration with selected U.S. partner universities, focusing on climate resilience and adaptation in the South Pacific. Benefits include tuition and living allowances, a research grant, and relocation and setup support.

Tuition and general service fees, health service fees, annual living allowance, book allowance, laptop, dependent allowance (where eligible), relocation and establishment allowances, and a research grant.

Citizens of USP member countries who have completed a master’s degree (or are close to completion) with research experience; preference given to candidates with relevant research experience and publications.
