YALI RLC West Africa Emerging Leaders Program 2024 (Online Cohort 51)

The YALI Regional Leadership Center West Africa Emerging Leaders Program is a 17-week leadership training program for young African leaders. It comprises a 5-week coursework phase (in-person or online) followed by a 12-week period featuring mentorship, internship or community service, and report writing. The program offers tracks in Business and Entrepreneurship, Civil Society Management, and Public Policy and Management, and ends with a certificate and alumni status.

Certificate awarded at the end of the program and membership in the YALI Alumni network; leadership training throughout the program.

Open to young West African leaders aged 18 to 35, who are citizens or residents of Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, The Gambia, or Burkina Faso, and who are proficient in English; applicants must be able to obtain any necessary visa to Ghana.
