Cambodia Laos Young Leaders Programme 2026 in New Zealand

Cambodia Laos Young Leaders Programme (CLYLP) 2026 is a fully funded leadership and sustainable development programme organized by UnionAID in collaboration with regional partners and academic institutions. It is designed for emerging young community leaders from Cambodia and Laos and includes online learning, in-person workshops, leadership training, community project development, and a fully funded study component in New Zealand. Participants develop practical leadership and project management skills and build regional networks.

International learning experience in New Zealand, professional networking, leadership development, community project implementation experience, and regional collaboration opportunities.

Applicants must be aged 20-34, living and working in Cambodia or Laos, and affiliated with a community-based organization, NGO, labor union, women’s organization, or social enterprise, with commitment to community development and intent to continue working with their organization after the programme.
