WISE Internship Scheme 2026

The Western Balkans Internship Scheme for Empowerment (WISE) 2026 is a fully funded international internship program designed to support young professionals in gaining real-world experience across Europe. Implemented by the Young Professionals Network with support from the German Foreign Office, WISE aims to strengthen regional cooperation, workforce mobility, and youth employability.

Applicants must be 20–30 years old, hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (or be a final-year student), have minimum 2 years of experience, be fluent in English, and be a citizen of Western Balkans countries listed.
