Aalto Science Institute International Summer Research Programme 2026

The Aalto Science Institute International Summer Research Programme 2026 is a fully funded research internship at Aalto University in Espoo/Helsinki, Finland. It invites research-oriented bachelor’s and master’s students from around the world to work with top research groups for about 12 weeks, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to academic life. The programme provides financial and logistical support, social and cultural activities, and a final poster presentation of the interns’ work.

Monthly salary, travel bonus, paid vacation, housing support, visa/relocation assistance, cultural activities, orientation, and a final poster presentation.

Open to current bachelor’s and master’s students worldwide in at least their second year; exceptional cases may include highly qualified doctoral students; applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in research and proficiency in English.
