Obama Foundation Leaders Program 2026-27

The Obama Foundation Leaders Program is a six-month, primarily virtual leadership development programme designed for emerging changemakers from around the world. It aims to deepen leadership practice, build relationships, and amplify impact across diverse sectors and regions. The program includes leadership coaching, mentorship, online sessions on topics such as storytelling and inclusive leadership, and access to the Obama Foundation alumni network.

Ages 24 to 45, demonstrated leadership or initiative in their community, organisation, or sector, and commitment to values-based and inclusive leadership; must be ready to engage virtually for 8-12 hours a month over six months and participate fully in their regional cohort.
