WIA Young Leaders Program 2026

The WIA Young Leaders Program 2026 is a funded leadership program for young African women. It aims to support and highlight women contributing to Africa’s development, providing quality support in their professional careers and social advancement. The program has an alumni network and covers program-related costs including international travel and accommodation.

Coverage of international travel, accommodation and all program-related costs; participation in a leadership development program and access to the WIA alumni network.

Women aged 25 to 40 who are citizens of an African country, regardless of residence, and who demonstrate leadership potential and tangible impact through their professional or entrepreneurial activities.

Submit an application during the open period; selection includes shortlisting, jury interview, and final selection of 10 leaders
