Wellcome Trust Graduate Development Programme 2026

The Wellcome Trust Graduate Development Programme is a two-year, full-time award scheme for recent graduates who want to contribute to Wellcome’s mission of improving health. The programme offers structured rotations, professional development, and mentorship, enabling graduates to gain broad experience across Wellcome or specialize in investments.

Two-year structured training and rotations, mentorship and personal development plan, and opportunities for training in investment management and related skills.

Applicants must be recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s), enterprising and motivated to contribute ideas and learn quickly, with an interest in health, research, policy or investments.

Online application followed by a multi-stage selection process including open evenings, video interviews, an assessment centre and final interviews.
