2026 Airtel-3MTT NextGen Fellowship for Young Nigerian Innovators

The Airtel–3MTT NextGen Fellowship is a digital-skills training programme designed to identify and train exceptional young Nigerians. It offers world-class digital skills training, mentorship from industry experts, project-based learning, and career opportunities, including externships and job-placement support. The programme is delivered through hybrid, peer-led, and virtual learning models and focuses on fields such as software development, data science, UI/UX, cybersecurity, cloud computing, product management, and AI.
