USTC Fellowship for Undergraduate Programmes 2026/2027 in China (Tuition Waiver + Living Support)

The University of Science and Technology of China offers fully funded undergraduate fellowships for international students starting fall 2026. The fellowship provides tuition waiver and living support, with two levels of benefits (Level A and Level B) and a competitive selection process.

Tuition waiver, medical insurance, monthly stipend, and accommodation subsidy (Level A); tuition waiver (Level B).

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, in good health, hold HSK Level 5 or above (with exemptions in certain cases), meet specific residency and nationality conditions, have a high school diploma by July 2026, and be under 30 years old by 1 September 2026; they must not be recipients of other Chinese scholarships for 2026–27.
