Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa (RLC-SA) Online Leadership Program 2026 for Young African Leaders

The Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa (RLC-SA) offers a seven-week online leadership program for young African leaders. It focuses on building skills in business, entrepreneurship, civic leadership, public management, and sector-specific areas, with no fees to apply or participate. After finishing the program, alumni gain access to competitive project grants, mentorship, networking, and ongoing support.

Seven weeks of intensive online training; mentorship from experienced leaders; access to competitive project implementation grants; networking with peers and alumni from 14 countries; collaboration opportunities across sectors and countries; ongoing access to tools and resources.

Open to young African leaders aged 18–35 who are citizens of Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Zambia, or Zimbabwe, proficient in English, and committed to positive community impact.
