DIAGEO Learning for Life Program

The DIAGEO Learning for Life (L4L) Program is a hospitality and business skills training initiative for Nigerian youth facing barriers to employment or education. It equips participants with industry-standard hospitality, life, and employability skills. The 2025 edition will train 250 young people and offer internship placements in top hospitality businesses in Lagos, with employment opportunities for outstanding participants.

Nigerian youth aged 18–27 years who live in Lagos or can stay in Lagos for the duration of the program; interested in building a career in the hospitality sector; women and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
