CASS Flagship Student Travel Grants

A travel grant programme administered by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) to enable student recipients to present accepted research at IEEE CASS flagship conferences. Grants reimburse travel-related expenses incurred for conference attendance. Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students with an accepted paper and CASS student membership. Selection considers membership, paper acceptance, student status confirmation, and demonstrated financial need.

Reimbursement of travel-related expenses (airfare, accommodation, ground transportation and other reasonable expenses) up to approved limits.

Applicants must be CASS student members at the time of application and during the conference, must be an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of the conference, must have an accepted paper to present, and eligibility will also be based on demonstrated financial need. A faculty member must confirm the nominee’s student status.

Nominations (self-nominations allowed) submitted via the conference submission system; a faculty letter confirming student status must be uploaded. Nominations reviewed by Flagship Conference Evaluation Committees and the CASS Operations Office; late nominations not accepted.
