International Max Planck Research School on Earth System Modelling (IMPRS-ESM) PhD Program

A doctoral programme in interdisciplinary Earth system and climate research run jointly by the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology and Universität Hamburg. It admits candidates to PhD positions with structured supervision, access to modelling facilities and professional development. Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend and three years of funding with no tuition fees. The program is intended to prepare students for research careers in climate science, policy and related fields.
