International HPC Summer School 2026

An international summer school on high-performance computing (HPC) and big data analytics for computational scientists. It offers instruction by leading computational scientists and HPC technologists in topics such as parallel programming, GPU programming, performance optimization, numerical libraries, deep learning and scientific visualization. The event aims to familiarize advanced students and early-career researchers with state-of-the-art HPC aspects, provide mentoring and facilitate international exchange and networking. The 2026 edition takes place in Perth, Australia, 12–17 July 2026.

Graduate students or early-career researchers (e.g., postdoctoral researchers) affiliated with Japanese universities or research institutions (at the time of the school in July 2026). Applicants must belong to universities or institutions whose head or the delegated person can issue a formal letter of request on behalf of applicants in FY2026.
