UNS Scholarship

UNS Scholarship is a programme offered by Universitas Sebelas Maret for international students to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees at UNS. The scheme includes full and partial scholarship options and is available for all study programs, with limited quotas for Medicine. Scholarship awardees must meet university academic requirements and comply with Indonesian laws and university regulations. The scholarship supports study at UNS with an August 2026 intake schedule.

Tuition fee waiver (full scholarship), monthly living allowance (IDR 1,500,000 Bachelor / IDR 1,750,000 Master / IDR 2,250,000 Doctoral), free Indonesian language course, health insurance.

Applicants must be non-Indonesian citizens; Bachelor applicants must be under 24 years old; applicants must not hold refugee status or have been convicted of a serious crime; demonstrate English proficiency (TOEFL min. 450 for Science / 500 for Social Science or equivalent); be willing to attend an online interview; have financial support; and complete all required documents.

Download Letter of Offer; obtain recommendation from Indonesian Embassy/Consulate with Letter of Offer and documents; register at UNS International Admission Portal (create account, upload required documents) via the online portal; selection stages include administrative screening, initial interview, computer-based test, and final interview; successful candidates receive an email with a Letter of Acceptance.
