Formula Student Romania

Formula Student Romania is a student engineering competition in which teams design and build a one-seater automobile resembling a Formula One car. It is for student teams who develop a prototype vehicle and a sales strategy, and who demonstrate design, cost planning, business strategy and on-track performance. Jurors from motorsport, automotive, and supplier industries assess static events (design, business, cost) and dynamic events (acceleration, skid pad, autocross, endurance and track drive). The final testing of vehicles takes place on a race track during the event.

Hands-on experience in vehicle construction and manufacturing, experience in design and financial planning, opportunity for juried assessment by industry experts and on-track vehicle testing.
