Coimbra Space Summer School

Coimbra Space Summer School is a three-day, in-person programme exploring the space economy, technologies and entrepreneurship with thematic talks, challenges, mentoring and networking. The 2026 edition runs from 2 to 4 September 2026 across venues in Coimbra and Pampilhosa da Serra. Participants work in teams on challenges, receive mentoring, attend keynote talks and pitch ideas for prizes. The event targets students, researchers and entrepreneurs interested in space applications and business development.

Participation in full programme, meals throughout the event, overnight accommodation (night of 3 September) and transport between Coimbra and Pampilhosa da Serra, mentoring, networking, certificate of participation, gifts and prizes.

Higher education students, researchers from entities of the National Scientific and Technological System (SCTN) and entrepreneurs; participants must be over 18 years old and enroll by the deadline.

Individual registration via the online form; attach proof of bank transfer payment to the form. Applications processed in order of receipt; successful applicants notified by email by 2026-08-31.
