The Governance for Women By Women Fellowship is an initiative by Tracka and BudgIT designed to equip women with practical skills in governance, accountability, and civic engagement. It focuses on budget tracking, project monitoring, and civic education, and aims to empower women to participate in public accountability through a 2–3 month virtual fellowship.
