Capitec Graduate Programme 2027

Applications are open for the Capitec Graduate Programme 2027. The programme is designed for recent graduates in various disciplines to work on real projects, receive mentorship, and participate in structured rotations to develop foundational capabilities for a future role in Capitec's banking environment.

Candidates must have less than two years of work experience, hold a relevant degree (minimum B-degree, NQF7) obtained within the last three years or currently completing a relevant qualification, and be a South African citizen.
