A 24-month graduate programme offered by Ford Motor Company of South Africa, spanning multiple departments and designed to provide practical experience and professional training. The programme leads to a permanent placement from the start of the program and targets graduates from various engineering disciplines as well as Human Resources, Operations, and Supply Chain/Logistics backgrounds.
応募資格
Applicants must have successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree with an average of 65% or higher in applicable fields, and must be aged 22-28. Fields include Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Human Resources, and Supply Chain/Logistics.
