A 12-week immersive learning and mentorship program for women entrepreneurs in Kenya, with structured business training, access to coaching networks, and opportunities to secure a $10,000 equity-free grant seed funding for the top 7 finalists. The program aims to strengthen founders’ businesses, drive growth, and support go-to-market and scale with ongoing support after the cohort.

12 weeks of immersive learning; access to coaching experts; B2B networking opportunities; personalized mentorship sessions; membership in a Women in Tech Alumni Network; $10,000 equity-free grant for top 7 finalists; 6 months of ongoing support after the program.

Women-led founders between 18-35 years old, with a tech-based or tech-enabled business headquartered and operating in Kenya, legally registered for-profit (1–10 employees).
