Excellence scholarship Bachelor - Bilingual classes

The Excellence scholarship offered by the French Embassy in Laos supports Lao students enrolled in bilingual classes to pursue higher education in France. It provides financial support for up to three years of study, including a living grant, a return flight, and coverage of registration fees at French higher education institutions, along with social security and a back-to-school allowance.

Candidates must be 18 years or older and hold a higher education diploma; the scholarship is for students in bilingual classes or those who completed studies in a bilingual system and requires a DELF B2 language certificate.

Applications are submitted via the university coordinator (online and by mail) with required documents including identity, diplomas, transcripts, language certificate, and other materials.
