AI in Biomedicine

The Elite Master’s programme AI in Biomedicine (AIBM) is a two-year, research-oriented Master of Science programme offered at Technical University of Munich (TUM) in cooperation with FAU. It combines computer science, engineering, and medicine to train AI experts for biomedical applications, with instruction in English and an emphasis on independent scientific thinking and research. The programme prepares students for careers in academic research and high-impact industrial innovation, including a potential Research Excellence Certificate (REC).

A two-year Master of Science degree in AI in Biomedicine; option to earn the Research Excellence Certificate (REC) with additional credits; international exposure and interdisciplinary training.

The programme is designed to attract English-speaking international students and prepare them for the German and European job markets.
