Canada Launches $100 Million Women’s Economic and Leadership Opportunities Fund 2026 to Advance Women’s Leadership, STEM, Skilled Trades, and Artificial Intelligence Participation

The Government of Canada has launched the Women’s Economic and Leadership Opportunities Fund 2026, a federal grant initiative with a $100 million investment to support projects that expand women’s leadership and participation in STEM, skilled trades, and AI-related activities. It targets organizations delivering projects across Canada to remove barriers and create opportunities for women and girls. Proposals are invited to address leadership development, STEM participation, skilled trades, and preparation for an AI-driven economy.

Organizations able to develop and deliver projects that remove barriers to women’s economic participation and expand leadership opportunities in Canada.
