Audible Career Exploration Grants 2026

The Audible Global Center for Urban Innovation offers the Career Exploration Grants 2026 to support organizations reimagining how underserved youth explore, prepare for, and access meaningful career pathways. Selected organizations receive $10,000 in grant funding and join a cohort of five grantees for virtual and hybrid convenings, with additional opportunities to share learnings and support from Audible program managers.

Grant funds ($10,000), membership in a cohort of five grantees, opportunities to share learnings and program outcomes, monthly support from Audible Program Managers, and a platform to showcase impact at a final hybrid convening.

Applicants must be located in or serve youth in Cambridge, MA; Culver City, CA; or Newark, NJ, and must be a high school, college/university, or 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity. They must serve young people ages 16–24, have a measurement and success evaluation plan, and be able to produce an impact report.
