The MiMentor Health Equity Fellowship is an eight-month, part-time program that provides hands-on clinical exposure, mentorship, and financial support to aspiring healthcare professionals working with underserved communities in California. Fellows spend about 20 hours per week at partner organizations, engaging in clinical outreach, community engagement, and health equity projects, with virtual learning components and opportunities to present project outcomes.

Open to individuals who have completed an undergraduate degree and are California residents; preference for first-generation students and those from underrepresented communities.
