Canva Africa Design Challenge 2025

A regional Canva challenge for young people across Africa to design practical templates that help local businesses grow. Participants submit one Canva template per entry, in categories such as WhatsApp templates, social posts, invoices, and more, with a focus on originality and relevance to African entrepreneurial life. The top designs share a $10,000 prize pool, plus mentorship and a feature in Canva’s template library.

Open to Creators and Designers from across Sub-Saharan Africa. You can enter as a designer, freelancer, student, or content creator.

Submit your design through the Google Form linked on the Canva Challenge page, including a short statement about who your design is for and how it helps them grow.
