The CirculaRise Accelerator in Kenya is a six-month program for growth-stage social businesses to develop and scale inclusive circular solutions. It provides personalised coaching, expert-led trainings, and structured peer learning for two designated founders/CEOs per participating business, with emphasis on financial sustainability and women’s economic participation. The program is implemented by Yunus Environment Hub and supported in Kenya by WE4D, funded by the German government and IKEA Foundation, and implemented by GIZ; it targets circular economy initiatives and aims to strengthen circular strategy and readiness while expanding impact.

Businesses registered in Kenya that are SMEs employing 10-250 people, active in or transitioning to circular economy practices, and led, owned, or managed in a way that supports women’s economic participation.
