ADB Japan Masters Scholarship 2025

The ADB Japan Masters Scholarship is a fully funded master's degree scholarship offered to nationals of ADB member countries and Japan ODA-eligible countries. It supports study at designated partner institutions in the Asia-Pacific region for a full-time Master’s program, covering tuition and additional allowances. It aims to develop leaders who will contribute to their home countries' development after graduation.

Full tuition, living allowance, books, medical insurance, travel, and thesis-related grant.

Candidates must be nationals of ADB member countries and Japan ODA scholarship-eligible countries, be under 35, hold a bachelor’s degree with strong academics, have two years of work experience, and have admission to an approved master’s program at a designated institution in the Asia-Pacific region.

Request information from partner institutions, complete institution-specific and ADB forms, have the institution evaluate admission, undergo shortlist and internal selection, and await notification of an award from ADB.
