The program is organized by Sterling Bank Ltd. in partnership with MIVA Open University and provides a full scholarship for 600 students over the duration of their online degree. Eligible applicants are Nigerian citizens who meet the admission criteria for MIVA Open University and do not require JAMB.

Nominate yourself or be nominated; winners are selected through a public voting process; provisional winners are listed by state; successful nominees must enroll at MIVA Open University within two admission cycles.
