The program offers a 13-week residential fellowship based in Hong Kong, with lectures, organizational visits, study tours, leadership workshops, mentorship, and a policy research paper requirement.

応募資格
Be a mid-career professional with 8 to 25 years of working experience and active engagement in politics, policy-making, policy research, civil society, or business; English proficiency required.
