Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarships in USA for Rwandans

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program offers scholarships for Rwandan students to pursue a Master’s degree in the United States. It is designed to strengthen African universities through higher degree training and supports eligible candidates affiliated with Rwandan institutions. The program provides travel, living allowances, tuition and university fees, and other related costs for up to two years of study, contingent on placement and funding availability.
