LEAP Africa Social Innovators Fellowships

LEAP Africa offers the Social Innovators Programme and Awards (SIPA), an annual immersive fellowship that selects 20 young African changemakers for a 12-month period. It aims to equip social innovators with leadership, management and entrepreneurial skills, while helping them build networks and access a support ecosystem for their ventures. The fellowship includes residential training, mentoring and ongoing advisory support to develop and sustain social innovations.

Leadership, management and entrepreneurial skills development; access to global networks in social innovation and enterprise; mentoring by professionals; access to a support ecosystem of talent, advisory services and potential opportunities and resources for the growth of their venture.

Young persons aged 18-35, located in Nigeria, who are initiators or co-founders of a social venture/enterprise/Foundation with at least 1-3 years of operation prior to the fellowship and who can commit to the full 12-month period.
